Number Plate Products
We are the market leader for Gel and Acrylic car number plate digits. Our Gel (3D) and Acrylic (4D) digits have been independently tested by Accelerated Weathering Labs to meet or exceed the UK standard BS AU145e, the toughest standard in the world.
We typically hold around 250,000 digits in stock at any one time meaning an ex-stock service for most orders.
We mainly manufacture for the UK domestic market and Republic of Ireland and carry out our own R & D of any market to ensure we comply with local statutes.
To ensure the manufacturing of plates can be achieved with high accuracy and speed, we design and develop our own jig systems from scratch, thus making number plate construction simple and profitable.
For trade customers wanting a fuller package we have a wholly owned subsidiary Plate Supplies Ltd www.platesupplies.co.uk who can supply you with anything needed to manufacture complete numberplates.
Materials
All our products are fully manufactured using only UK produced raw products such as Metamark® Vinyl, Genuine Perspex® and 3M® adhesives. This gives us full quality control ensuring what we make for you will always be the best available.
Using only UK sourced materials give countries, where we have a free trade agreement, the advantage of not having to pay import duty on our products.
Design
Using only our in-house designer team, we can provide you with the complete package when it comes to branding.
We work with you throughout any project to ensure we meet your exact needs. We are happy to work with any artwork you send to us, design from scratch or assist in getting your concept to become way beyond your first thoughts.
Tamperproof Stickers
We also produce Tamperproof labels designed to break up if removed, great for dealing with warranty and servicing problems. We will advise you throughout this process to ensure we are manufacturing a product suitable for your requirements.
Name Badges
Need name badges for your staff, No Problem. We can supply you with these in a wide range of sizes and fixing methods to suit your needs. Should you have any staff changes we can normally respond within 48 hours to ensure your team can be easily identified and addressed correctly as your team expands or changes.
High Volumes/Small Production Runs
Volume isn’t an issue to us. We have produced up to 22,000 resin domed badges in a single day.
However it’s not all about high volumes. We have worked with many design houses creating one-off solutions for their clients.
Small to medium size production runs are our speciality.
