As well as opening a new office in Derby, we identified an opportunity to provide a cost-effective solution to help landlords, holiday home owners and those responsible for small commercial water systems to comply with their legal duty towards legionella control. We have devised a “simple” risk assessment that complies with the legal requirements described in ACoP L8 “Legionnaires Disease – The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems. The response has been very positive and we have carried many of these simple risk assessments for both residential and small commercial clients.” These risk assessments are available from £80 + VAT.”
