Our History: BAQUS was formed in 2007 amalgamating long-established traditional surveying firms including Fletcher McNeill, Boxall Sayer, Denley King and Nigel Rose. We operate from six offices across the UK.

Accreditations: BAQUS Construction and Property Consultancy is regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds Quality Assurance, Environmental and Health and Safety certifications to ISO: 9001, 14001 and 45001. We also hold numerous industry specific accreditations for health and safety (e.g. CHAS) and technical competence.
